Carson England began working at DBU in November of 2020 and serves as an Advancement Officer for University Advancement and the Department of Athletics.

England graduated from Baylor University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. He double majored in Sports Strategy & Sales and Management. While a student at Baylor, Carson worked for three and a half years in the Baylor Bear Foundation, the fundraising arm of Baylor Athletics. In the Bear Foundation, Carson managed daily operations and provided administrative support. He also contributed to a fundraising record of $105.8M in total athletics donations and $19.2M in Bear Foundation revenue in 2019.

Carson is originally from Columbia, Missouri and now lives in Dallas. He attends Watermark Community Church.
